Registration requires explicit consent to process your data for campaign communication. You may withdraw newsletter or push consent at any time from your account settings. Core account data is retained as necessary to operate the service and meet legal obligations.

We do not publicly publish supporter phone numbers, emails, polling station details or contribution amounts. Limited data may be processed by trusted service providers (hosting, SMS, payment gateways) solely to deliver the service, under appropriate safeguards.

6. Security

We use industry-standard measures including encrypted transport (HTTPS), password hashing, access controls and audit logging. No method of transmission is 100% secure; we continuously improve our practices.

7. Your rights

Subject to applicable Kenyan data protection law, you may request access, correction or deletion of your personal data, and withdraw communication consents. Contact admin@pgm.co.ke or use the privacy tools in your supporter dashboard when available.
