1. Acceptance

By accessing or using pgm.co.ke and related campaign services you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Campaign purpose

This platform supports the lawful political campaign of Paul Mihang'o for Senator of Laikipia County in the 2027 general election under the People's Party of Kenya. It enables supporters to register, receive updates, join moderated groups, attend events, and contribute to legitimate campaign expenses.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abuse, or attempt to undermine the platform.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Post unlawful, threatening, harassing, defamatory or discriminatory content
• Attempt to buy or sell votes or condition benefits on voting behaviour
• Impersonate others or misrepresent affiliation with the campaign
• Upload malware or attempt to breach security
• Spam, scrape or overload the service

5. Contributions

Contributions support legitimate campaign activities only. They do not purchase political influence, preferential treatment or any government benefit. Successful payments are verified server-side before receipts are issued. Refunds and disputes are handled according to gateway and campaign finance rules.

6. Content

Campaign content is provided for informational purposes. We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee completeness. User-generated content remains the responsibility of the author and may be moderated or removed.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the campaign and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

8. Changes and contact
